My aim is to create pastries and cakes that aren’t only delicious, but meaningful. For me, food is all about culture and togetherness. Sharing my homeland flavors feels like scattering the pieces of my soul all over the dough, still being that little girl with flour on her hands, who is now certain of what she only felt back then – homemade food nurtures both the body and the heart.
